here just to see if there is an Amatrician Fundamentalist ready to criticize the recipe. Nobody did, so, as the average italian would do, here I am. -spoons of salt???? hey, you have to FEEL how much salt gets into the water. And, for Greta's sake, put a lid on that pot!!! -onion in the amatriciana? well, I know lots of people do this (me tooo -_-) , but the original recipe uses neither onion or garlic. -I know that's another band but... where is the Red Hot Chili Pepper? -bacon? you're lucky that italian grannies are not on youtube, they would hit your head with the rolling pin like a snare!!! CHEEK LARD, please. -timer??? as for the salt, there is no rule, just feeling. -PRO TIP- before drain the pasta, add some cold water, this will lower the temperature, avoid overcooking and keep it al dente -the spoon to roll the spaghetti makes you look as a german tourist in italy. ^_^ -SCARPETTA with bread is the way. just LOVED this video !! ^_^
