I made the meatballs 2 nights ago, and cooked them last night. I feel like providing a stricter measurement or giving a cook time might have been helpful as I scorched the hell out of mine without knowing when they were done: the suggestion to take them out when they were browned didn't work as mine went dark brown almost immediately: I had to go by my mom's guesses and she's wasn't familiar with frying meatballs at all. Tasty though.

Was the oil at 170c? Maybe it was hotter that’s why they went brown too soon. It should take two to four minutes
